Representative Hudson believes that the Big Cypress preserve as estatblished by Congress in 1974 was never intended to have restrictions to access. The Congressional Act specifically allows access of all types including motorized. The National Park Service and the Federal Government are clearly violating the Congressional Act and trampling on citizens Second Amendment rights in the process.

The last time I went to the area below alligator alley I saw 4 rangers and no other people. The only gun range in Collier County now charges ridiculous prices. The range officer there told me the owner gave him a new corvette for a bonus last year.
